Terms of visits
You must keep a copy of the confirmation voucher for the day of the tour. Our staff will collect it. This voucher will be your receipt of payment.
Cancellations. Once you got the confirmation from us, the cancellation of your tour will cost you:
- If 48 hours before the day of your tour: 40% of the fees.
- The day before the visit or not assisting to the visit will suppose the 100% of the fees.
- The amount charged for Alhambra entrances and fees won't be refund.
In case you make a tour with us, you accept this terms and the published information in the web site.
The use of information provided on this website is solely at your own risk. In the regulars tours, If there was not the possibility to make a group in a single language, in some occasions the visit could be carried out in two languages.
Guiasgranada.com and our partner companies are not responsible in case any delay takes place at the entrance of the monuments during the tours.
According to the Privacy policy, guiasgranada.com can
transfer the private information of the clients and the credit
cards information to one of the next three companies: Alhambra
